Packed our bags after getting up late from our Effil tower excursion last night.
Had my first real macaroon, it was amazing jummy.
One last thing to tick off, the arch de triomf. Went there and got to see the fire that is always lit. The arch is much bigger than expected. I was amazed at the driving skills these Parisian folk have, there really are no rules, it's absolutely chaotic. We took a video, I hope I can upload it later when the internet is better.
We got some food at a swanky restaurant called the Hippopotamus, it is our anniversary after all.
Then headed to the hotel at Disney land via the wonderful train. We got off, and couldn't get through. The tickets we had didn't work. I luckily worked my charm with security and they let us through. Saved 25 € each. Got off directly at the Disney entrance. We got a transfer to the hotel on a bus and for once things went smoothly.
The hotel is ehhh. There are a lot of kids here. Like a lot. I know, it's a Disney hotel, but it's like a school tour or something is going on here. They are all around us and really loud and annoying. Hehe I know, I know. The beds seems like it's made for a 8 year old kid, and the pillows are teeny tiny. The bath also, very small. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone but it is cheapish.
Riaan went to get us a pizza for dinner and we had such a cool anniversary dinner on the bed with nice juice he got us.
Had a lovely day with my hubby. Wish every day could be like this. <3
